bangda fish fry

Ingredients : 

Bangda fish - 1/2 kg
Achi fish fry masala - 1 
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tea spoon 
Salt - as per taste 
Chilli powder - 3 tea spoon 
Lemon - 1 
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped) 
Curry leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped) 
Oil - 3 table spoon

Method: 

1.  To the mixing bowl 🥣 add fish, 
     achi Fish fry masala powder, 
     ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, 
     🍋 juice, coriander leaves , curry 
     leaves, salt mix well.

2. Close lid and marinate it for 1 hour. 

3. To the frying pan 🍳 put 3 table 
     spoon oil, put fish and fry both
     the sides for each 3 to 4 min.

4. Now fish fry is ready to serve.
