Onion Pakoda

 Ingredients :

Onion - 3 (long Sliced)

Oil - 1/2 liter

Gram Flour - 3 tablespoon 

Chilly Powder - 2 teaspoon 

Salt - 1 teaspoon 

Curry Leaves - 10 leaves (slice)

Soda - pinch

Ajwain - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - to mix it


How to Make Onion Pakoda : 

1. Mixing Bowl, Add onion, Chilly Powder, curry leaves, ajwain, salt, soda, add water 3-4 teaspoons, mix it well. 

2. Take a deep fry pan, add oil heat it for 2- 3. min. check if the heat is enough by dropping a small quantity of dough. it must raise without browning nor sink.

 3. Take small quantities gently drop them in oil. fry on the medium flame heat stirring occasionally for even frying.

4. fry the onion pakoda to the golden crisp.

5. to fry the next batch ensure the oil is not very hot reduce the flame slightly and fry them.

6. serve onion pakoda with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
