Cheese Omelette
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
½ onion, chopped
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 green chillies
Salt as per taste
2-3 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp milk
¼ cup grated cheese
METHOD:
1.In a bowl, add eggs, chopped onion, milk, chopped green chillies, salt and ground black pepper and mix it well.
2.Now in a frying pan, heat oil and add the egg mixture to it.
3.Once the layer is cooked well, flip the omelette. Add grated cheese on top and cover.
4.Once the other side is cooked, fold the omelette and once the cheese is melted completely, remove it from the pan.
