Chicken omelette

 INGREDIENTS:


1 chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces 

2-3 slices of chicken salami, chopped 

½ onion, chopped

½ capsicum, chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2-3 green chillies

1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)

4 eggs 

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp ketchup

Salt as per taste

Ground black pepper

4-5 tsp vegetable oil or butter 


METHOD :


1. In a pan, heat oil or butter and add ginger-garlic paste. 

   Add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes. 

2.Now add the chicken pieces and cook till they’re soft. 

3.Once the chicken pieces are tender, add soy sauce, ketchup, salt, 

  ground black pepper and green chillies. 

4.Once the chicken is cooked well, spread the mixture evenly on the pan. 

5.Now, beat an egg in a small bowl and add it to the chicken, covering the sides well. 

6.Add the chopped onion from the top, cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes. 

7.Once it’s cooked, fold the omelette and remove it without breaking it.
