Lemon Rice

Ingredients : 

Lemon - 2 to 3 (Extract Juice)

Peanut - 3 table spoon 

Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon 

Channa Daal - 1 teaspoon 

Urad Dall - 1 teaspoon 

Curry Leaves - 7 - 8 

Coconut - Grated 

Carroot - Grated

Oil - 2 tablespoon

Turmaric - 1/4 tea spoon

Salt - according to taste

Onion - 1 (sliced)

Rice - Coocked (2 cups)


How to make Lemon Coconut Rice :

1. Take pan oil, shallow fry ground nuts keep it aside.

2. To the pan add oil, mustard seeds wait for it to splutter, channa and urad daal, curry leaves, turmeric, onion, Add Rice, Coriander leaves, salt.

3. Add Fried Groundnut, Coconut, Carrot. 

4. Lemon Rice is ready to serve.
