Maggi Omelette

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack two-minute Maggi noodles

½ onion, chopped

½ tomato, chopped

2 green chillies, finely chopped

2 cups water

2 eggs

¼ tsp red chilli powder

½ cup grated cheese (optional)

2 tbsp butter

Salt as per taste

1 tsp ground black pepper


METHOD:

1.In a saucepan, boil two cups of water and cook the Maggi noodle cake. 

2.Once the noodles are cooked, keep it aside and let it cool. 

3.Now, in a bowl add beaten eggs, onion, tomatoes, Maggi tastemaker, green chillies, 

    red chilli powder, grated cheese, salt, ground black and boiled noodles. Mix it well. 

4.Now it a pan, heat 2 tbsp butter and add the noodle egg mixture to the pan. 

5.Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. You can add extra butter on the sides to make the edges crisper. 

6.Flip the omelette and cook the other side. Fold the omelette and serve it on a plate.
