Paddu

 Ingredients : 

Dosa Batter - 2 cups

Onion - 1 (chopped)

Carrot - 2 (grated)

green chilly - 4 (chopped)

coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped

salt - 1 tea spoon 

cooking soda - 1 pinch


Method:

1. to the bowl, add dosa batter, onion, carrot, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, cooking soda mix well 

2. to the paddu tawa, add oil, add paddu batter, cook on both the sides for 1/2 min each. 

3. now paddu is ready to serve.
