Spicy chilli chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken - 500 grams

Capsicum - 1 

Onion - 2 (chopped)

Ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon 

Oil - 3 table spoon 

Salt - according to taste 

Chilly powder - 2 table spoon 

Coriander powder - 1 table spoon 

Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup 

Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tea spoon 

Pepper Powder - 1 tea spoon 

Green Chilli - 8 to 10


Method : 

1. To the Sause pan add oil, crushed green chilli, onion (fry golden), ginger garlic paste (fry), 

    turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, chicken, salt, 

    coriander powder.

2. Cut 1 onion and 1 capsicum in dice and shallow fry in a pan. add it to step 1. 

3. Cook for 15 min without adding water.

4. now spicy chilli chicken is ready to serve.
