Spinach Omelette

 Ingredients:


2 egg

1 cup spinach, chopped

2 tbsp coriander, chopped

1 tbsp garlic, chopped

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (you can avoid adding cheese)

1/2 tsp mix of onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper


Method:


1.Take a bowl and beat both the eggs together.

2.Add all the ingredients to the egg and whisk it well.

3.Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan

4.Pour the egg mixer and let it cook

5.Cook both sides evenly as per your liking
