Tamato Gojju Without Onion

 Ingredients :

Tomato - 6 to 7 (chopped)

oil - 2 table spoon  

mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon 

curry leaves - 7 to 8 leaves 

chilly powder - 3 to 4 tea spoon 

salt - according to taste 

garlic - 6 to 7 cloves 

sugar - 1/2 tea spoon 


Method : 

1. to the pan oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, tomato, salt, sugar. 

2. fry well, close lid and cook for 10 min. 

3. now tomato gojju is ready to ready to serve.
